on Magix's customer service/support may be. I'm simply curious as to what others' overall p.o.v. But I'm not as a frequent participant here as in past years due to not editing or creating videos as much as I used to due to other life priorities. probably has been discussed here since Magix bought out Sony's editing software. I found out rather quickly there is no way to contact Customer Service except by long distance Phone.

When I tried to activate it following the screens it said it failed and gave me an error-10.
